🔁 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns must be approved before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exceptions (No Cost to Customer):

  • Damaged upon arrival

We will cover return shipping and offer:
